In 1992 we approached Radar Luttree with our wish to purchase a Caravan Park. Through Radar’s services the park was purchased in 1993 and proved to be a smooth transaction. From this time casual contact was kept with Radar.
Then in mid 200 when we decided to lease the business, because of his no nonsense approach, Radar was again contracted. As this was our first experience with a lease, Radar’s knowledge & expertise was extremely valuable and appreciated.

Just a brief note to say thanks very much for all your efforts in relation to the sale of West Beach Lagoon.

During those early days it was a bit like getting an elephant pregnant; thank God we did not sell it to the Fettlers in Kalgoorlie!!!!

Certainly what we finished up with is a win/win/win. You have been duly recompensed for all your efforts; I believe we have done as good a deal as we could; our purchasers are certainly delighted with what they have and i will make sure we provide them with the appropriate support over the next two years.
